Joseph was born in 1977 in Nsambya Hospital on one Saturday Evening. He grew up an studies in Uganda, going to schools like Kampala Primary School to Naggalama St. Josephs Secondary School (1992 – 1996) for “O” Level, to Gombe Secondary School for “A” Level (1996-1998), from where he joined Makerere University (1999 – 2003) and did his Degree in Business administration graduating in 2003.

Due to lack of job opportunities, Joseph moved to England, where he continued to study Purchasing and supplies in 2004, established companies in 2009, a family 2013 and extended his work to Uganda where he established global companies 2019 and Farm on ground, Jozzy Farm (2018).

Joseph’s mission is creating employment and wealth. “While I was in Secondary School at St. Joseph Naggalama, I promised a friend of mine at the time called Mukalazi Galiwango that I would employ one hundred people (100) at the age of forty seven (47). That is what I am working on. So far it’s ten (10) in England and two (2) in Uganda. My work is cut out and it’s a long way to go.

We are a family business and our owner is in the leading role of our business every day, with the help of our employees and Farm Manager. We think, particularly in today’s corporate world, this is a real strength. We are a diverse team of people who share a passion for getting a great job done. Our scope ranges from crop farming, Animal rearing and breeding, forestry, and includes production of food, bread, milk, fresh fruit and vegetables along with a range of household items, and manufacturing of organic manure and fertilizers. Across our ranges you will find our brands which you will get to know and trust at prices you will love.

We don’t claim to get everything right, but we can promise to be passionate and friendly. If we do get it wrong you can trust that whether you are speaking to a Shop Manager, Farm Assistant, driver or one of our distribution or office teams you will be speaking to someone who will do their best to put it right… and who has the authority to do so.

We don’t go in for complicated customer service policies, we simply trust our people to be friendly and to use their initiative to solve problems.

Our whole business and culture is focused on bringing our customers the best value on their shopping and because we are a private, family owned Farm, you can trust that we want to be doing this for many years to come and therefore have all of our efforts focused on it. We work hard to keep things simple and we eliminate wasted cost wherever we find it.
